Cancellation Policy
| We have a 24/48 hours cancellation policy. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to any booking made up to one week in advance. We require you to call 24 hours in advance to either confirm or cancel your reservation. We will cancel your bookings if you do not confirm within 24 hours unless paid in advance. If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed you will be charged in full. To avoid been charged make sure you cancel 24 hours in advance. 48 hours cancellation policy applies to any booking which is scheduled eight or more days in advance. To avoid been charged make sure you cancel 48 hours in advance. If you find that our cancellation policy does not suite you please look for a different rehearsal space. We will not longer take any bookings from any body which has an unpaid balance from a late cancellation fee until the full balance is paid for. |
